Healing with EFT & healing stones

Yesterday, I delved further into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) than I ever have. This is a self-directed therapeutic technique, a universal healing aid the inventor Gary Craig has made available for free for anyone who will follow the tutorial.

A friend recently brought EFT to my attention after it had also showed up in a book I’d picked up. Many positive testimonials have come from the application of this healing technique that combines conscious personal awareness with command of the acupuncture reflex points on the surface of the body, so that it is portable and 100% self-directed if you so choose.

I decided to neutralize my over-busy mind with the large Ryolite bead that I keep for a meditation/self-hypnosis aid. It worked very well — so well that it cleared out days of over-active mind chatter and allowed my energies to calm down to a restful place for the rest of the day.

I have also been keeping a piece of Snowflake Obsidian in my pocket the last few days. It is helpful for obtaining insights into one’s ingrained patterns of behavior so I brought it out and positioned it with the Ryolite at my low abdomen.

The Crystal Bible says that Rhyolite is helpful for “exploring the full extent of the self … facilitates a deep state of meditation in which inner and outer journeys can be made.” The Crystal Bible also says, “Rhyolite has a balancing effect, gently facilitating emotional release when this is appropriate.” It suggets placing it on the solar plexus for that purpose.

The Ryolite helped me to get clarity in delving to the root of my personal emotional issues underlying my longest running stresses and health patterns — and it did so in just a few minutes time with the suggestions seen at the official EFT tutorial page on getting to your root issues. Within just a few minutes I was able to get clarity on a step-by-step process, and using the Ryolite and Snowflake Obsidian as stones for meditative self-insights was able to trace back these issues to their starting place.

I wrote down each insight with added notes based on EFT guidance on finding particular aspects of these emotional issues and memories. This is a 7-day plan of daily practice. Not sure what the results will be, but I expect good things.
